By ordering from the mobilephonekingdom.co.uk you are agreeing to purchase your product under the following terms and condition as stated below.

CANCELLATIONS
 

All used mobile phones sold on the mobilephonekingdom.co.uk unless otherwise stated are supplied with a 30 day no quibble guarantee where an exchange or refund will be offered. This only applies to items that are sent back in the exact condition they were sent. We do not accept returns on mobile phones damaged during transit, due to accidental damage or water damage. Return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer.

 

All mobile phones sent back to the mobilephonekingdom.co.uk are recommended to be sent via a recorded mail service such as royal mail recorded and to be well packaged to avoid any damages. We will not be held responsible for any damages or losses of a mobile phone whilst in transit.

 
DELIVERY
 

We accept orders for our used mobile phones from the UK, Europe and worldwide. All our phones are sent using a recorded service so your purchase is insured and protected. We pride ourselves on our delivery times and most of our phones will be posted within 24 hours of cleared payment. Within the UK if you want your used mobile phone urgently then we offer royal mail next day special delivery as an option.

 

If in the unusual event of us not being able to complete your order you will be notified via email and offered an alternative product or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 
PAYMENT
 

We only accept payment via paypal or nochex which is compatible with most credit and debit cards. We do not accept payment for our mobile phones via cash, postal orders, or over the phone. For multiple purchases of our mobile phones we may be able to offer payment via bank transfer at our discretion but please enquire before purchasing. Our used mobile phones are only sent once payment is fully cleared.

 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

At the mobilephonekingdom.co.uk we pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of our mobile phones. On the rare and unfortunate occasion that a product might be faulty then please contact us and we will do all we can to help. Under the terms of our 30 day no quibble warranty if an exchange or refund is required then we will email you a returns form and once the phone is received back to us in the same condition it was sent out will process the exchange or refund for the mobile phone. Return postage costs will be paid for by the customer.

 
VAT
 

Please note form the 1st January 2010 the VAT rate returns to 20%. All prices of our used mobile phones are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is the price you pay!

 
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
 

At the mobilephonekingdom.co.uk we want every single customer of ours to be fully satisfied with their purchase. We are always on hand to sort out any issues that may arise and our team of friendly staff will deal with any compaints or problems our customers may have. If you do have a problem then please contact us and we will look to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We work office hours 9-5 so most of the time if contacted during these hours you will get a very quick response.
