Grade A*

Grade A* mobile phones although pre-owned will be in fantastic condition. No real signs of wear or any obvious scratches and although not a new mobile phone will be looking like it could be!

Grade A

We have judged these phones to be in good condition. Keypads, covers and housing will be in good overall condition with at worst a few light scratches and a minimal amount of wear from normal everyday use.

Grade B

Grade B mobile phones will show a few more signs of wear and may contain a few more visible scratches or wear related to a little heavier use of the mobile phone.

Grade C

Grade C mobile phones are classed as our clearance phones and a more detailed description of each will be included in the mobile phones description. This grade of phone could include heavier usage resulting in a larger amount of scratches, cracks, lack of camera or various reasons which will be specific to each phone.
